1. Definitions

“App” means the OnlyQuotes mobile application, including all related services and interfaces.

“User” or “you” means any individual accessing or using the App.

“Services” means the quote discovery, saving, tagging, and organization features provided through the App.

2. Eligibility

OnlyQuotes is designed for users of all ages (rated 4+). By using the App, you represent that:

• You have the legal ability to enter into this agreement, or a parent/guardian has consented on your behalf.
• You will use the App in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Nature of the Service

OnlyQuotes is a quote collection and organization app that helps users discover, save, and organize their favorite quotes. Users can tag quotes for easy categorization, star their favorites, and build a personal library of inspiration.

The App is provided for personal productivity and lifestyle purposes.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features (e.g., saving quotes, syncing across devices), you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activity on your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or attempt to misuse the platform. Authentication services may be provided through Firebase Authentication or similar infrastructure.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Submit fraudulent or misleading information.
• Harass or harm other users.
• Attempt to access restricted data.
• Interfere with App functionality.
• Reverse engineer or copy platform systems.

6. User-Generated Content

When you save quotes or create tags, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and sync that content across your devices.

You retain ownership of your content. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Quotes displayed in the App may come from various sources. We strive to attribute quotes accurately but make no guarantees regarding authorship or accuracy.

7. Data and Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Key points:

• User data (account identifiers, saved quotes, tags, favorites) may be stored using Google Firebase / Firestore infrastructure.
• Analytics may be collected using Firebase Analytics.
• Data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. International Users

The App may be accessed by users outside the United States.

Users acknowledge that:

• Data may be processed and stored in the United States.
• Privacy protections may differ across jurisdictions.

All content and technology associated with the App are owned by the Company or its licensors, including:

• Software
• Design elements
• Logos
• Text
• Features and functionality

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Quotes displayed in the App are attributed to their respective authors where known. The Company does not claim ownership of the quote content itself.

10. Service Availability

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability.
• Error-free performance.
• Compatibility with all devices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or saved quotes.
• Business interruption.
• Indirect or consequential damages.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims arising from:

• Your use of the App.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Content you submit through the App.
• Violation of any applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services including:

• Google Firebase
• Authentication providers
• Infrastructure providers

The Company is not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party providers.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your account poses risk to the platform.
• Required by law.

Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting us.

15. Changes to Terms
